These terms cover this website and its launch-updates list. Refrsh Songs itself has not opened, so there is no service to sign up for and nothing to pay for yet.
What this site is
A description of a product being built, illustrated with real screens of the working software. The library shown in those screens is a sample assembled for the pictures, not anyone's listening history. Nothing here is a commitment that the product will launch, launch on any particular date, or work exactly as described; what is being built changes as it is built.
The launch-updates list
Give an address you control and actually want to hear from. Submitting someone else's address is not allowed. You can be removed at any time by emailing hello@refrshsongs.com; what is stored and how it is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Using this site
Please don't:
- attack, overload, or probe the site for weaknesses;
- submit automated or bulk entries to the form;
- copy the graphics or wording and pass them off as your own product.
Access may be blocked for any of the above. The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Refrsh Songs.
No warranty
This site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong at any moment, and it may be taken down without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from using it or relying on anything it says.
Spotify
Refrsh Songs is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify; Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. When the product opens it will work with your own Spotify account, with your permission, and your use of Spotify remains governed by Spotify's terms. Parts of it depend on Spotify's API staying available and on the kind of Spotify account you have: playback control, for instance, requires Spotify Premium. If Spotify withdraws or changes what it allows, the product changes with it.
Typefaces and open-source code
The two typefaces on this site (Inter and Sora) are served from this server rather than from a font service, so that reading a page here tells nobody else you did. Both are used unmodified under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; their copyright notices and the full licence are at /fonts/LICENSE.txt. The animated background on the front page is an open-source three.js build (threejs-components by Kevin Levron, ISC licence; three.js, MIT licence), served from this server for the same reason; both notices travel inside the file itself at /landing/tubes1.min.js.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
